Rosa Parks RAD- San Francisco

Rosa Parks RAD project is an occupied rehabilitation of an 11-story affordable housing in the Western Addition neighborhood of San Francisco. Rosa Parks RAD was originally built in 1962.  These 198 apartment units are occupied by seniors and people living with disabilities.

Veterans Commons – 150 Otis Street, San Francisco

Constructed in 1916 as the Juvenile Court and Detention Home, 150 Otis Street, has been designated as San Francisco Landmark No. 248. The 150 Otis Street Veterans Commons Rehabilitation project involves interior and exterior renovations to the existing 9 story building to create 76 units of affordable permanent housing for homeless veterans and one manager’s unit (49,314 sf), and support service offices and community space (7,283 sf). The area of the building will increase by 4,621 sf.

Arlington Hotel- San Francisco

The Arlington Hotel is an existing 173-unit Single Room Occupancy originally built in 1907, and located at 480 Ellis St., San Francisco. It currently serves very-low income residents under regulatory agreements with the state Department of Housing and Community Development and the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing. The renovation of the historic Arlington Hotel was a multi-phase renovation.
